If you’re here, you are most likely healing from spiritual abuse and are looking for someone to walk alongside you as you move forward in life. I started the Pilgrimage & Co. after walking through a really painful season of healing from spiritual abuse and reconnecting with God. I was a journalist for 7 years, traveled around the world, and had done all of the “things” I thought would lead to a happy life. Then the unexpected happened, and I found myself at the bottom of the pit with no way out. A ministry I was a part of and built a community around became the place where I experienced the greatest hardship. That led me down the path of healing from spiritual abuse and then eventually becoming a certified Life Coach!
